Close This Window GOSFORD CITY CREDIT UNION ENTERS A NEW ERA Important Information about your Credit Union Dear Member We are pleased to advise that on Friday 12 June, 2009 your Credit Union will undergo the most significant upgrade to its computer systems in over two decades. On this date, we will convert to a new banking system called Ultracs; the flagship software produced by leading financial services software provider,Ultradata. The upgrade to Ultracs represents a leap forward for our Credit Union in terms of its capacity to efficiently and effectively serve its members. Moreover, Ultracs provides the Credit Union with enhanced capacity to further customise our products and services,which in turn will assist us to grow our member relationships. While the transition to the new system will be fairly transparent to members, some benefit to you include:
Internet Banking: My Viewpoint. From 3.30pm on Friday 12 June to 9.00am Saturday 13 June, internet banking will be unavailable. You will need to contact the Credit Union to have your account re-established and to reset your password from 9.00am to midday on Saturday 13 June, by calling 4343 5002 or on Monday 15 June, during business hours. Phone Banking From 3.30pm on Friday 12 June to 12pm on Saturday 13 June, phone banking will be unavailable.ATM & EFTPOS Services: There will be some minor disruptions to ATM and Eftpos services during the upgrade period.
