 Redicard Access
Members can use their credit union debit card, known as a Redicard, in one of the largest ATM networks in the nation. The network has approximately 9,500 ATMs and includes access to nearly all ATM’s in Australia. Redicards also access over 230,000 EFTPOS machines at retailers throughout Australia.
Cheque Book
Credit Union personal cheque books give you the convenience of paying by cheque. Linked to your savings account, it provides immediate access to your savings and is a convenient alternative to using cash, credit cards or counter cheques.
Telephone Banking
Members can access our 24 hours phone service by phoning 02 43435000. You can obtain balances, transaction details, transfer funds between accounts or pay bills using Bpay.
Internet Banking
Members can access their account from anywhere with internet access. Gives members access to all account information and the usual payment facilities as well as the ability to print or download information to your own computer.
BPAY Access
BPAY allows members to pay bills bearing the BPAY logo, through telephone or internet banking.
Electronic Payments
Members can make payments to other Financial Institutions by using our electronic transfer facilities available through internet banking. All you need is the BSB of the Financial Institution and the account details including account number and name. The funds are normally credited on the next business day.
Direct Debits
Members can authorise a participating biller to debit amounts from their accounts as and when they owe those amounts to the biller. This is handy for fixed and regulars amounts including insurance premiums and rent.
Periodical Payments
These are regular payments that members can set up to come out of their savings account. Can be setup using internet banking and can include payments to other accounts in your name or to other Financial Institutions using the electronic payments detailed above. |
